help me parse this request packet

hello all:
I use a opc client to read data from AB controllogix through 1756-enbt.when i read a variable with the tag name 'a',the packet is following,but i don't know the meaning or the construction of the command data of the open connection service.I have not find the interpretation in the volum1 of CIP protocol.Who can tell me ,thank a lot firstly.
