High speed counting on ET200S cpu

Hi

I have one counter module to be used on ET 200 S IM 151 based CPU.
Please guide me how to count pulses and speed/frequency of encoder.
I have one channel counter module, please tell me what FCs/SFC/SFBs are required to do this. if you have code for above,I will be ever grateful if you could send it to me.
