HMI tooltip Text

Arvind,

See attached. You need to turn on the 'Tooltip' from the Toolbar settings. I have assumed you are using TIA Portal.

Object > Properties > Misc > Infotext.
If this property does not exist, you can't display a tooltip for that object.
Infotext is limited to objects which the operator can modify.
For instance IO-fields of type OUTPUT, are not able to show this infotext.
IO-fields of type INPUT or IN-/OUTPUT, are able to show this infotext.
