How to clear memory for OMRON Plc CJ1m

I am trying to clear memory in OMRON PLC CJ1m-cpu21... but it is UM protection is done.. How to reset the password and clear the memory.. For creating a New program

Please Help me out in this????????????
 
Open CX Programmer and connect to PLC using Auto Online.
Place PLC in Stop mode.
Clear PLC Memory. "PLC" --> "Clear All Memory Areas" --> "Initialize".
 
I tried with this option but it is displaying "Fail to clear all memory areas".
It is also displaying UM Read Protection

Is there any other option to clear all the memory areas....
