How to install AB 17854-PCMK for WinXP SP2

I download AB 1784-PCMK driver (rsipcmk.zip)for AB Web site, but this dirver only win95 dirver. I unzip on c:\ , but I can't to install on winXP SP2.
Somebody know that is it driver only install on win95?
What can i do, so i can install PCMK for WinXP SP2?
