How to read data from Machine PLC with OPC protocol?

Hi all,
I'm a new user for this Forum. I hope not be wrong a section of forum for my request.

I would like to development an application to read data from machine. This machine comunicate from OPC protocol and it has a PLC data.

I would like to use a Visual Basic for development my application. So I have find this sample code http://support.automation.siemens.c...objaction=csview&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW

but if I run it I have an error from Visual Basic because I don't have library OPC Siement DAAutomation 2.0

Can we help me? Where I can download it?

Visual basic is part of Microsoft .net programming family.
Check the information on the site. There is both free and paid information and software.
