how to upgrade DeviceNet Tag generator

hello everyboday,
Who know how to upgrade DeviceNet Tag Generator.
Today when I install AOP, it shows "continue install Rslogix5000 module profile will cause the Rslogix5000 V20.1 DeviceNet tag generator not correct unless upgraded.
and it shows my DeviceNet Tag generator Vision is 11.00.0020 and ask min. is Vision 21.00
and say : in order of solving conflict, see Knowledgebase article 499727

who know how to upgrade DeviceNet Tag generator Vision 11 to 21?
where can find DeviceNet Tag generator Vision 21?
