i have this plc on a site and i am haveing problems with it i cant seem to find any info on it or where to get one from or how to get the program off it
any info would be a great help

A brand name would help to identify what it is. Are you certain that the device is a PLC? It looks more like a communications protocol converter than it does a PLC. Where are the input terminals? Where are the output terminals?
