Hi everyone

I am using a retentive on-delay block to give a 30 second time-out, but I also need a steady signal to indicate that the timer is still timing.
Can some one tell me how to do this?

Thanks
Marty

Marty,

It's much easier to program these things with PC than on the device, the software and cable is worth the investment.

I think what you're want is the following: I'll try explaining in text

NOT the output of the ON-DELAY block
AND the output of the NOT and the input to the ON-DELAY block

the output of the AND is the timer timing signal

Hope this is what you're looking for

Thanks for your reply, but this won't work.
I am using a retentive on-delay because the Trg signal is only a 1-sec pulse.

Thanks.
