Hello
I installed Intouch 8.0 SP2 in a pc with Win XP, and it works fine
There are 2 days that I'm trying to install the same Software in a pc with the same win XP without any succes
I've changed the Install drive by using an External one, but I always get the error message on attached file
please can someone help me
I use the Administrator account when installing

Hello,I solved the problem
Logviewer file was missing and DDE/Network service was deactivated in the pc
Thanks for your attention
