Just don't use a latch on B3:3/11. Use a regular coil output (OTE) and it will work without the timer or unlatch.

does that mean i have to reset the output B3:3/11....and will the changes affect my initial setting at 3000

No, you would not need to reset the output. Your initial setting will remain the same.

Yes, but why not replace B3:3/13 with the SUB and Timer on the same rung as your EQU and one-shot instruction? No need for the extra rung.

What is the purpose of the timer?
