Logix Designer Motion Database version not installed

I tried to upgrade my Studio 5000 v32.00 to v32.04 or higher but the install was unsuccessful due to the higher version of Motion Database is not installed. I installed the higher version of Motion Database manually via MPSetup.exe as Administrator but it was also unsuccessful. Does anyone experience this issue? I removed v32.00 totally (including making sure the v32 folder is removed in Program Files (x86) folder but to no avail.
