Megger with GPIB

anyone know of any manufactures that would have such a device.
I am building a test system that is both PLC and LabView based and I need a Megger.
I have searched the web and even attempted a call to NI , so now I am seeing if anyone may have any ideas.

What did you use for a search term? I used "Megger with GPIB Interface" and got several hits.
