Micrologix 1400 Allan Bradley Errors

Hello, I have a problem with an error that appears when I load the software on the PLC. I'll attach a picture of the error window, but basically the description says "Base hardware error or base hardware incompatible with the operating system." and has a 1 in Major Error Halt S: 1/13.
Does anyone now have the probable solution?
I tried the options in the manual, but it didn't work.

Error 000B sounds like what you've got -- since you aren't on a 1500, it means your processor is defective.
