In a bit of trouble regarding Mitsubishi softwares.

I am working on this programming softwares (PLC - GX-IEC Developer v7.04 and HMI - E-Designer v7.52) but really not know much of it.

Could someone guide me in a good direction as to how do i test mimics in runtime mode without hardware.

Thanks,waiting in anticipation.

Google 'gx iec develloper manual' and you'll find some manuals from the Mitsubishi website: download.mitsubishi-automation.com/.../manuals/

Or youtube:

You can install the simulator software (seperate software installation) and simulate your program by choosing: ONLINE > GX SIMULATOR

thank you for the reply.

I had installed the simulator software and could test the PLC but I want to establish communication between simulated PLC and HMI runtime created and I want to test them as I don't have any HMI & PLC hardware.
