Modicon Quantum 540 14A Processor Won't Hold its software

Hi

I have a Modicon Quantum 540 14A CPU that evertime I cycle power to it, it seems to lose the software (at least thats what the Modicon tech support told me) and everytime I go to use execloader to load the software back into it, I have to continually load it over and over until it eventually works.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a battery issue...

When you say software you mean the program software?
