One coleague is asking me about Monarch PLC model century or something like that. has any body worked or heard something about monarch PLC, I think it does not exist but may be I am wrong

Yes, there was an old type of electronic controller (notr exactly a PLC) named Monarch. Search for "Monarch Controller".
