MTBF of Simatic S7 equipment

Hello guys,

do you know maybe where I can find quick reference about Mean time between failure of various SIMATIC S7 components (ET 200M, various DI and DO modules and CPU 315-2 DP)?
I'm really short with time and need to perform risk analysis in order to decide what level of redundancy I need.

I found this on the Siemens forum.
The first link talks about MTBF a little. The second link is an excell spreadsheet that listed the MTBF of many compononents. Hopefully this will help.

In the "Automation System S7-400H Fault-tolerant Systems" manual ( http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/1186523 ), chapter A, there is a "tomb roule" to MTBF's and how to calculate MTTR, etc.
