Need help with ladder examples

I am working with a project that requires using the previous day`s average temperature.My plc is a Direct soft 205 with a temp.sensor connected to an analog card.
Since I am new in the plc programming, I need som ladder example how to do this.
I know I will have to use the RTC in the CPU and load the value of the temp. sensor e.g. each hour. But I am not sure how to write the program with the ADD,DIV,LOAD functions.
I hope someone can help me.
