Hello all,

I have an old machine that utilizes two FEAC PC-116-24 controllers used for position monitoring and output to an OMORM CQM1 PLC. I did find some used ones for sale online, but none of them come with manuals. o_O

There are two linear transducers on the clamp and injection head cylinders that are wired to two FEAC PC-116-24 controllers. The controllers fire a digital output to a PLC input when the appropriate position is reached. They pick up on several pre-programmed positions from the analog transducers as the cylinders extend and retract.

Anyone know of a manual for these FEAC units so I can get this injector running? The machine was manufactured by MULTIPLAS.

If anybody can help. it would be great.

Forgot to add that it basically is an A/D converter unit that the manufacture of the machine stopped using approx. 10 years ago. Still surprising that there is absolutely no information available for this control online.
