OMRON CJ1M-CPU21 backup retrive

Dear All,

i am new in OMRON, I have backup Progg. from old machine and i want to retrieve it by using CX-Programmer V 9.3. can someone tell me how to retrieve the backup or suggest me a manual to read.

for the communication setting, please advise a good manual to read since am trying to download to the CPU but i got communication error, i am using CS1W-CN226
