Omron NB7-TW01B Upload error

Dear

I am trying to upload project file from NB7 via USB cable, after entering the default password upload process getting started after few steps " upload failed message" arriving and upload not happing. This is only happening in while trying in USB mode, i tried and successfully uploaded project from same PT via Ethernet.
Please suggest

PT:-NB7W-TW01B
NB designer version:-1.53.
