Omron Sysmac studio software opening error

Hi,
I am phasing problem in Syamac studio software. when i will try to open the software, one error window will popup like 'An unexpected error occurred'. the error print screen attached with this thread.
While installing the Sysmac studio i have not got any error message, anyone can guide me how to resolve this...
