It will be in the NT31 manual. You do have a manual don't you? If not, you can download it for free from an Omron Website. You may have to sign up first though.

CX-Designer will not work with the NT series panels.
CX-Designer is the programming tool for NS series units.

You will need to use NTST.
If you have the CX-One cd's, NTST is on Disc 3 under Utility.

If you create your cable based on that information, it should work.
