Outdoor HIM / HMI

Just wanted to see if anyone has any experience with an outdoor HIM/HMI with a window (see example on website here) Outdoor VFD HIM example?

We have a job coming up with an outdoor panel – pair of VFDs that I plan to have a panel heater for and cooling fans. They require a HIM, and I don’t see any outdoor rated HIMS, so I came across the above panel and I assume they have the NEMA 4X cover with some pilot holes drilled so the heat comes out to the HIM during the cold months of the year.

Anyone install a panel like this? Any issues?

Many control panel manufacturers have waterproof hinged covers for their panels often called viewing panels. These have been used successfully both outside and in production facilities that have steam and water present in large quantities.
