I have the below Panelview in a gas plant.

Pls how can i source for replacement or can i replace it the the below
ALLEN BRADLEY PANEL VIEW 1000
PART NO: 2711-K10G8
GRAY PAD WITH DH+ COMM & RS-232 PRINTER PORT, FRN 4.0

You may want to check with a distributor on a couple of points.

1. I believe that the PV 1000 can replace a PV 900, although there may be some modifications needed for the panel cutout.

2. Also, I would try to verify what the "L1" means in the part number. Because this panel is in a gas plant, it may be a special rating for hazardous locations.

Perhaps one of the U.S.-based distributors who frequent this site (mgvol?) can shed more light on the subject.

I have an extra 2711-k9a8l1. It is used, and a little banged up, but it works perfectly. Let me know if you are interested.

I just checked the Rockwell repair HUB and they don't have any of your model in-stock (refurbs), so your options are limited to finding someone who will sell you one, send it in to Rockwell for repair, or upgrade to PV1000. Other than the cut-out difference, there is nothing you 900 is doing that the 1000 can't do. You would just have to change the terminal type in you application and may have to move some objects around on your screen to optimize the increased display size. And the L1 meant it is 24 vdc powered.
