Panelview C600 has multiple vertical lines

I recently bought a C600 and I setup the communications so that I could program it throught the ethernet port. I completed a reboot of the system and the touch screen was not working properly so I completed a "out of the box" reset. This caused half of the screen to display vertical black lines and the other half to work as normal. Ideas??

Agree... Send it back for a replacement. I've found the PV Component hardware to be worse than junk, and many are defective out of the box.
