PID using PL7 Pro

The closed-loop temperature control using PID function block (PL7 Pro V4.1) in TSX Micro 37-05 does not funtion. There is no response from the field devices. Appreciate if expert out there could help. I suspect the parameter setting of the PID block is not correct.
