PLC siemens comparison chart

Dear,

i received a submittal using PLC logo (which has only digital input / output). It is used for controlling a small sewage plant (100 m3/day).

i prefer that a better PLC is used like S7-300, is it possible to get a comparison chart for siemens PLC's to get a better one to be used?

The next step would be the S71200 which is programmable with TIA V12 (actual version).
