You would be utilizing the F-Series PLC from Triangle Research. They offer both built-in Ethernet and wifi capabilities through incorporating an Xbee module. The F-Series also has some additional capabilities that were designed in specifically for building automation.

All would probably be less expensive than the Allen Bradley unit you are considering.
