PLC to Varable AC output

This should have been a simple thing but can't find a simple solution. I have a PLC controler that has analog out in both +/-10VDC and 4-20mA 30V max. I want to use this like a dimmer for 0-100% of 115VAC @ 1.5A max inductive load. I would have thought there would have been an existing simple electrical unit that would work. High accuracy is not required.
