Please Help on FB41 S7-300 PID block

Hello,

Please see attached pictures and tell me why does the output change can you please pin point my mistake i have been searching the net for samples but i just can't make it out i even tried just copying the PID blocks.

Make sure md10,20 and 30 are reals in your symbol table
Put a real ....say 2.0 in your gain. Type 2.0
