Problem about running RSEmulate 5000 V19

I have problem about running RSEmulate 5000 V19 as follow;

When I start RSEmulate 5000 V19, But Program can not run !

It shows error message that is

"Runtime Error ! Program C:\ Program Fi...
R6030 - CRT not initialized"

I don't understand about this error message.

Please, Anyone can suggest me about this problem ?

Note : OS on my notebook is Windows 7 32 Bit
