Problem in Hitachi PLC H302 CPU2. Urgent help require

Dear Friends,

I have Hitachi PLC H Series H-302 CPU2-03H at one of our machine. PLC has a problem that its “Sim” LED is turned on when we cycle the power. I tried many times but this LED continuously ON and operation halted and machine stopped. Your urgent help require.
