Hi, good day, as view the value of DBW to understand the program:

I believe it says:
-Load Data Base Word 280 into accumulator 1
-Load the value of 1 into accumulator 1 which pushes the last contents of accum 1 to accum 2
-If accum 1 and accum 2 are equal Integers
Turn Memory Bit 130.3 on.

In short if DBW280=1 then turn on bit M130.3

place the cursor on the item by clicking the left mouse button on the instruction ==I then press F1 it will give you the help for that STL instruction. The same is true for all those commands.
