problem with comunication between proworx 32 and modicon 984

Hi I have a problem with modicon 984 and the software proworx 32 last version. when I try to conect with the plc in online mode, proworx show this messsage:
toggle the switch to verify memory protection device selection.

I am not sure if it refers to the switch that the modicon has in his module, there is a switch named memory proteccion, or it refers to another thing maybe proworx configuration.

If somebody may help me , I will be so thankfull

There is a dip switch selectable from the outside of the CPU that selects memory protect ON/OFF. Perhaps this is in ON and needs to be selected to OFF.

yes, there is a switch out of the cpu and it is in off mode but I do not know If it is the problem, maybe if I change the switch to onn it works, but what would happend with the Plc's program
