To save money you can buy the LOGO! NEWS BOX that comes bundeled with a logo, manual, software and a screwdriver(!)
The display variant of the LOGO can also be programmed with the keys on the LOGO, but that is a little more timeconsuming and not so easy to develop and debug the program.
I did a few projects with one of the early models maybe 8 or so years ago, was quite powerfull; BUT the layout got uweildly when you tried to do PLC things with it!
Try it first, the test feature is very good. You can check if your project will work before spending a penny.
I agree about the zelio. Very nice to work with, But having the big boss from Belgium i am mostly stuck with the equipment from his neibouring country.
