I wanna program siemens s5 cpu 6ES5-922-1AA11...
what I need for this operation? hardware and software..?
I have software step 5 installed...and the cpu as in picture has serial port named (tty) 9 pin...

The module seem to be a bitprocessing cpu used in an S5-210A system.

Is this a running system that you want to modify?

If not, you should throw this oddball into the special waste container.

As Kalle told you, the best thing is to replace complete system. Just to say that programming interface cost around 400Eur.
