prosoft 3100MCM module error

I have AB PLC 05/30 redundancy system,the system has actuator gate which communicating using prosoft module(cat no. 3100MCM)

now on prosoft module error led is blinking continuously,
i checked all BTR & BTW instructions in PLC program
every instructions is getting done,without any error.

how can i solve this issue?any one who work on prosoft 3100mcm module?
