Q-series PLC + LK-G keyence displkacement sensor

I ma trying to measure a 0.4 difference back to the PLC. I can read the data but my scan speed of the PLC does not pick up the spikes I can see them when I interface directly to the controller with my PC. How can I pull about 3000 pieces of data into the PLC and then read them to make calculations.
