I have an Emerson quick Panel + E15715
Does anyone know what software this takes
OEM is sending a replacement under warranty but
I would like to be able to access the program
so I could write it into another brand if needed.
It is currently using ethernet to a ML1400

You will need Proficy Machine Edition (assuming Emerson is still using that name), but unless the OEM included the project file you won't be able to extract anything from the HMI. And if the OEM made it possible for you to upload, you won't be able to run it on a different brand without first obtaining the software for the other brand and converting the project by hand. Don't expect any translation utility.

Sounds like a lost cause. The software is around 2k so I'll scrap that idea. Thanks
I did figure I would have to re write a program from scratch into another HMI
I just figured I could get the addressing easier if I could see the current HMI through software. Oh Well....
