QuickDesigner/Quickpanel/Proface communication question(s)

Update:

I was able to get it all working just by trying a different USB Port and making sure it was set to either COM1 or COM2!! This is AWESOME!!

Uploading Project

I am trying to Upload a project from the HMI to QuickDesigner when I get the message "Turn OFF the display device."

The initial "Read me first!" screen is all i'm trying to save to QuickDesigner.
