Red Lion / Crimson/Graphite USB error

I have setup a few Graphite HMI's on this machine. I'm working on another display on the machine now and am getting a USB error when trying to update the device. The unit is fresh (no database). Am I missing something?

I'll post the error after my next test.
 
Did the same cable worked with other HMI's on the machine? If it's a new unit, a COM port or cable issue are the first things that come to mind.
