i contacted them, but they did not reply yet. it seems that the old 7200 series is replaced by the 3500 series. but i cannot find on the website the exact replacment(s) of this item. it is an urgent matter. thank you for any help.

Bentley is expensive and customer service is slow. You could look at Metrix if you can't get a drop in replacement.

I believe they have units that will even take the signal from your existing Bentley prox probes.
