Request help for S5 PLC mode change

Dear Expert,
I have attached the S5 PLC programming cable to a S5 PLC and tried to go online. I have done this many times before. But now it shows an error as "AS interface in PG not ready". Please help me to solve this problem. I have attached a Photo for more reference.
