Rockwell Software Download, limited to certain older version even with TechConnect?

My memory is failing me. I seems to remember I could download which ever version of any Rockwell Automation software as long as they are covered under my Techconnect support agreement. However, I just tried to download the latest version of RSLinx Classic OEM and they only offer version 2.5x and the newest RSLinx Classic are now in the 4.xx range.

I guess I can download RSLinx Lite and activate it but would that even work anymore?

It's the same program. Your license is what makes it OEM or some other version.

When I use this link below and then click Downloads by Product and type "RSLinx", it offers me version 2.1 through 4.21

But when I go to this site, it doesn't go back as far. Version 2.43 is the oldest available here. But everything from there up to the current version is displayed for me.

I see all versions up to 4.21 even before I use login.
