Is there any way to disable these annoying, "MUST BE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING" Idiot windows?

The splash screen the pops up in the middle of the display any time you start a piece of RS Software.

It's barely there for a second or two.

That one, and all similar. Some are there for much longer then a second, View Studio, Emulate 5K, and they absolutely insist on being top-most.

You can use resource hacker software to modify your registry. I had a post on here a couple of years ago showing how to modify the splash screen for RSView 32.
