rs logix 500

Hi there,

I just installed rs logix 500 in my windows 7 ultimate(32 bit) platform.when the installation completed, it did show could not entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rockwell Software\Setup\Default\Common registry entry .

when i try to open the logix it does show registry information not found and FTAP version does not match.

I Don't think so.can you tell me how to do with administrator privileges.

a) Log in with an account with administrator rights
or b) Right click on the setup.exe on the install disk and select "Run as Administrator".

See how that works. If still the same issue then I'm not sure and you'd be better off contacting Rockwell support. If you have just purchased logix500 they should be willing to assist with the install.
