Rslogix 5000 .acd file conversion from version 11 to 13 (fatal error)

Hi everyone, I have got a problem with upgrading a file on one site from version 11 to 13. once i open the file on rs logix 5000 and i want to change the version of the controller to version 13 it crashes and gives me the following;
error 0x80042001 (-2147213311)
RxE_NOT_FOUND - Requested item could not be found

Try saving the file as an *.L5K instead of an *.ACD
I have had issues when trying to flash firmware from older versions such as 11,13 to 15.
Converting the file to L5K worked for me.
As for the error code, cannot help.
