Ok!

I could really use some help getting off the ground with this one. I have in the past programmed cascading PID's but for some reason I can't seem to remember how this goes.. I have been working with Siemens for the last eight years and now suddenly I find my self working with RSLogix 5000. I have a fluidbed dryer that is heated via a duct heater. I need to control the % of moisture of the product that is exiting the dryer by controlling the gas flow to the duct heater. I have before and after dryer moisture probe inputs. I also have RTD inputs before during and after the dryer. My question is what do you guy's think would be the best way to control this process? I was thinking of cascading PID's But for some reason I can't remember which order I should put them in.
